Sales Manager – Job Summary
The Sales Manager leads the sales team in accelerating Fuzion’s growth by managing the existing client base and developing new accounts. Responsible for a small sales team with revenue and bookings goals within the region.

Role Overview: Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Denmark. As a Sales Manager at Fuzion, you will be responsible for leading a small sales team, working closely with marketing, and directly engaging with clients to generate revenue through datacenter colocation and related services.
- Understand client needs and goals, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue and booking targets.
- Provides accurate forecasts on regular cadence to the executive team
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales representatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide coaching and support to the sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and goals, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Present and demonstrate our solutions to existing customers and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
- Collaborate with other sales managers and the executive team to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Proven track record in sales, with a background in technology, software, datacenter, or services sales preferred.
- +5 years experience from sales and sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluent in Danish and English
